The “Ghibli Expo,” which was first held in 2015 at the Expo ’70 Memorial Park (Nagakute City, Aichi Prefecture) and toured 11 locations in Japan over the past five years while upgrading its version, was concluded in Aichi, its “hometown,” this summer with all of its exhibits.
I went to the exposition, and report about it.

“Welcome to Studio Ghibli! At the “Totoro Bar” in the “Welcome to Studio Ghibli!” section, a large stuffed Totoro welcomes visitors to the world of Ghibli.

The “Poster Room” displays all the movie posters that Studio Ghibli has sent out to the world, and the “Ghibli’s Warehouse” collects valuable goods and Ghibli-related books from the time of the release of past movies.
The popular “Catbus” from “My Neighbor Totoro” also makes an appearance.
This was the last time it will be shown before it was stored in Ghibli Park.
